  • What is a personal Concierge?

    A personal concierge is someone who can efficiently manage your to do list. From running time consuming errands to making phone calls and organizing your home, a concierge has one focus in mind - you!

  • How does our Concierge service work?

    We normally start our process either on the phone, or if at all possible in person. During this time we discuss what your unique life situation is like and create a way for you to off-load some of your tasks so that you can achieve a calmer & more efficient lifestyle. 


    We will then review this plan with you to ensure you are receiving all the support you need whether directly from Concierges on the Move or from one of our preferred vendors. That's all it takes - this is where you leave the worrying to us!

  • Who uses your Concierge services?

    Our affordable concierge services are not restricted to the affluent. Anyone who needs more time and less stress in their life can hire our concierge. We recognize that each of our clients is unique and has unique needs. 


    Our clients range from busy CEOs, seniors who live in nursing homes, and patients who get discharged from the hospital. We also have clients who use our services just during high demand times, like over the holidays.

  • How can a Concierge help me?

    Our years of experience and skills allow us to complete your task quickly and efficiently so you are able to focus on what is most important to you. Our services are ideal for these situations. We have the capacity to support both your personal and business needs.

  • Can a Concierge help me 7 days week?

    Yes - our services are established to help you as often as necessary to provide you with the ongoing support you need.

  • This feel like luxury. Aren't Concierge services just for celebrities?

    Yes, celebrities do have their personal assistant, but the great thing about our personal & corporate concierge services is that they come at affordable rates so anyone can take advantage. Our expertise provides you with ability to always have the support you need, allowing you to feel relieved and more productive.

  • How does billing for Concierge services work?

    Our services are billed on an as need or retainer basis that decision will be made by you during our consultation .We offer services at a lesser rate if blocks of time are purchased. 


    All time is billed for in advance of services. You do not have to cover us with workers comp or take pay taxes on our fees. We work as an independent contractor for you.

  • What types of things won't a Concierge do?

    Glad you asked! We pride ourselves with in industry by saying we are support in business in life as long as it is legal, moral and ethical. Stop by the house and wash the dishes? Done! Drop off donuts at school for the big event? Done! Organize your kitchen pantry? Done! Help arrange air conditioning repair or roofing work with contractors? We have that covered too!

  • I don't know how to delegate and I like being in control. How could I use a concierge?

    This is a very common concern many of clients share and we completely understand! When you work with us, we can start off slow and allow you to relinquish just 1 or 2 tasks. Once you become familiar with the process and feel the immediate relief of having support in your life, the process become very freeing. 


    Many of our clients started like this, delegating just 1 or 2 things, then quickly have us take on more tasks they don't have time to do, don't like to do, or don't know how to do.

  • What forms of payment do you take?

    Payment can be made by check, major credit cards or debit cards. Many of our clients have us keep credit cards on file so that we don't interrupt their day. We also received payments thought gifts cards as well. Memberships for monthly hours are available as well.

  • I see you live St Louis , Missouri. What if need a Concierge and don't live in Missouri?

    This is a great question! We have resources across many states to help you. We would be best able to assist you once we have a conversation and find out exactly where you are located and what your current needs and struggles are. We have several clients who live across the USA.
